Before you start, here are a few helpful notes:

  • Speakers, panels, and interactive events should last approximately 90(max) minutes. This gives attendees enough time to move on to the next scheduled event. If your idea is much shorter, please mention it below. We’re aiming to keep a good flow throughout the schedule and we’ll need to fill gaps in the time.

  • We’re playing matchmaker this year, connecting programs to a venue partner and reducing your logistical workload. Daytime programming is presented near our HQ in Midtown Alley, with moves to a few neighborhoods in the late afternoon based on activities, studio tours, and social events.

  • The schedule begins Monday morning and goes through Friday night. This isn’t set in stone, but we’re considering general timeslots of 8 am, 10 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm for most programs, 3 pm - 6 pm for studio tours, and 5 pm - 9 pm for social events. Some exceptions are expected, so please let us know if your program works best at a particular time.

Now on to it!
