Stone

Abraham Mohler likens the carving of stone to the unwrapping of a gift; as much an observation about the way a section of stone can be worked into something never seen before as it is the way the artist feels about the work he does each day. He works with a variety of materials, including granite, limestone, and marble, in his studio and art school in Soulard.
